SoftBank Vision Fund II-2 L.P. is the sole limited partner of SVF II Aggregator (Jersey) LP, which is the sole member of SVF II Holdings (DE) LLC, which is the sole limited partner of SVF II Investment Holdings (Jersey) L.P., which is the sole member of SVF II Investment Holdings LLC, which is the sole member of SVF II Investment Holdings (Subco) LLC, which is the sole member of SVF. As a result of these relationships, each of these entities may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the securities held of record by SVF.

(F2)The Series A, Series A-2, and Series D-1 Preferred Stock are each convertible into Class A Common Stock on a ratio dependent on the public offering price of the Class A Common Stock in the Issuer's initial public offering, and have no expiration date. Upon the closing of the Issuer's initial public offering, all shares of Series A, Series A-2, and Series D-1 Preferred Stock will be automatically converted into shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer. Each Share of the Series A Preferred Stock, Series A-2 Preferred Stock, and Series D-1 Preferred Stock has no expiration date.
