The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.
  2. (F2)The securities to which this filing relates are held directly by certain accounts for which Glenbrook Capital Management serves as investment manager. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
  3. (F3)The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $0.9870 to $1.0900, inclusive. 4. (F4)The Reporting Person's Form 3 filed on February 2, 2026 reported Series I Common Stock Warrants exercisable for 90,000 shares of Common Stock. As of that date, and as of the date of this report, the Reporting Person's indirect holdings of Series I Common Stock Warrants were exercisable for an aggregate of 180,000 shares of Common Stock, consisting of 90,000 shares held by PFS Trust and 90,000 shares held by the Glenbrook Capital Management Inc. Employees Profit-Sharing Plan ("GCM EPSP"). This report reflects the Reporting Person's holdings of Series I Common Stock Warrants as corrected. Because November 22, 2026 is not a Trading Day, under the terms of the warrants they may be exercised until 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the next succeeding Trading Day, November 23, 2026.
