On June 10, 2026, a Form 4 was filed, reporting a gift of 1300 shares made by the reporting person on June 9, 2026. Due to an administrative error by no fault of the reporting person, this reported gift was unable to be completed and the shares were returned to the reporting person. Accordingly, this Form 4 amendment effectively revokes the Form 4 filed on June 10, 2026.
