("Coursera"), and Chess Merger Sub, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Coursera ("Merger Sub"), Merger Sub merged with and into the Issuer (the "Merger"), with the Issuer continuing as the surviving corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Coursera.
