- (F1)This award of restricted stock units (RSUs), granted on July 17, 2025 (Grant Date), vests as follows: One-third (1/3) of the total award will vest on the first anniversary of the Grant Date, and the remaining two-thirds (2/3) will vest in eight (8) equal quarterly installments of 8.33% each, beginning on October 17, 2026, and continuing through July 17, 2028, subject (with limited exceptions) to the reporting persons continued employment with the Issuer through each applicable vesting date.
